KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Its position as the sole licensed operator and distributor of natural gas in Peninsular Malaysia and a high dividend payout policy are among factors attracting investors to Gas Malaysia Bhd.
The debt-free company, with small capital expenditure requirements for the next few years, expects to pay out as dividends its entire consolidated after tax profit for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2012.
It is looking at a payout ratio of not less than 75 per cent of its consolidated after tax profit for 2013.
Its managing director, Datuk Muhamad Nor Hamid, said on Friday Gas Malaysia's major spending will be this year where it will invest RM130mil to RM140mil for pipeline expansion and infrastructure in preparation for the distribution of the liquefied natural gas that would be supplied by Petronas from Malacca.
It would be expanding its pipeline by 70km to 90km to supply new customers and strengthen supply security.
Even then, it would be financed with internal funds, he said at a press conference after the launching of Gas Malaysia's prospectus.
"At least for the next three to four years, we don't need to raise extra capital," he said, adding that for the next few years, the annual capex requirement for Gas Malaysia would be around RM30mil to RM40mil.
Gas Malaysia, which operates 1,800 km of pipelines across Peninsular Malaysia, gets all its natural gas supply from Petronas.
Commenting on the dip in net profit to RM229.2mil for 2011 against RM298.3mil in 2010, he said it was due to the new gas tariff which resulted in the lower margin.
Its revenue in 2011 increased to RM2bil from RM1.807bil in 2010.
However, the profitability should start to pick up again with growth in revenue and volume with the addtional gas to be supplied by Petronas, Muhamad said.
Gas Malaysia has 700 industrial customers, 519 commercial customers and 10,612 residential customers for natural gas, while its liquefied petroleum gas customers comprise one industrial customer, 1,132 commercial customers and 20,663 residential customers.
He said 99% of Gas Malaysia's revenue is derived from the 701 industrial customers.
The company is scheduled for listing on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd on June 11.
In conjunction with its listing, the existing shareholders will offer for sale 333.840 million shares with indicative initial public offering price of RM2.20 each.
Upon listing, MMC-Shapadu (Holdings) Sdn Bhd will see its stake reduced to 40.7% from 55%, while Tokyo Gas-Mitsui & Co Holdings Sdn Bhd's stake will come to 18.5% from 25% and Petronas Gas Bhd's stake reduced to 14.8% from 20%.

World Stock Drop Concern on Greece Debt Crisis!

Hi. Sorry for long time not update my blog. Just busy with so many thing. I am not strong enough to handle many thing. Sorry guys. This week world stock dropping concern on Greece Debt crisis (Euro Zone Debt) Problem! Greece will leave the Euro-Zone? Is it positive or negative news?

Yes Market under heavy selling pressure now! I just sold all my stocks on Tuesday (SGX) and sold also KLSE's stocks yesterday! I don't have holding power, so i decide to cabut early. And can buy back later at much cheaper price from my selling price! I think my decision was good as trader! I start notice about market going to drop on Monday when all stock start breaking the support, even penny also dropping. So I sell all before too late and will buy back later.

I had mention about Euro-Zone Debt crisis many times in my previous post. In my opinion, not easy to settle Euro-Zone Problem. Maybe will end up with market crash? Opportunity to buy much cheaper? Lets watch KLSE chart:

KLSE: Strong Support at 1510-1515. Maybe at support can watch to grab some opportunity? See how! Time will tell us, I always prepare in all situation because I am trader. Just Hit & Run. In current market, holding is bad idea! Anyways as trader must careful too, don't just simply buy! Anyways wish good luck to whose still holding!

Thanks.

SECTOR: Bull & Bear

Hi. Just wanna add some Sector which in play in current market (Hot), and some are which we should avoid. Actually so many stock are dropping now especially from Construction/Property Sector. And found some hot stock in play especially from technology sector (JCY, GTRONIC, NOTION). Thru Sector Chart, I think, This is some of the way which we can use to find out the uptrend stock (Current Stocks in play), and thru sector chart also we can avoid some stocks. I call this trends, I always use this way to find out the which stock in play in current market. So you can use this way also to find out which stock (uptrend) in play in current market (Trend). So it will help u which stock u should buy and avoid. In current market stocks from property and construction sector are dropping (Heavy Selling Pressure). And Technology are in Play. These are the stocks from construction and property sector (Falling Knive):

Moving Average (20)

Hi, Wassup! I am so busy nowadays, that's why I don't have time to update my blog. I think today SGX market look better than KLSE. Because I watch today, so many counters drop in Bursa Malaysia, But SGX perform very well today, most of SGX's counters up. Wow!!! ( http://www.shareinvestor.com/prices/stock_prices.html#!/?page=1).

However, even I was so busy monitoring SGX, I still spending some time to watch KLSE too, and select some good potential stock for my friends (newbies) to buy! But i was so busy to post it here. I ask them to buy Amedia, TSH and Mulpha. I used MA (20) as entry price for these 3 stock.

Moving Average (20), i used it as entry price. But its not work for all stock. Its normally work for uptrend stocks (TSH) or flat stocks. However Can use for Falling Knive (Downtrend) Stock also. Ok lets open the chart and see how it work for uptrend stock & flat stock.

Mulpha:
Flat Pattern Chart:
Call buy at 0.425, above MA (20) Line, Now 0.455. Good buy was at 0.42-0.425 when the price crossing the MA (20) Line.

Amedia
Call buy at 0.32, above MA (20), Sold at 0.35.

TSH

Uptrend Stock:
Yesterday it fly to 2.40 then drop back again to 2.32, I ask my group to grab again at 2.32-2.34 yesterday. today it fly again to 2.44. For this stock MA (20) Line represent as support, as long the price above MA (20) Line, it will continues uptrend. When to buy? Good Buy at support  MA (20) Line. Some of my friend still holding it, bought at 1.95 few month ago. Intrinsic Value 3.00. But depend on market la.

Hope you guys can practice it (MA 20) and try. Normally MA (20) works for uptrend stock or flat stock..

About Online Course? Actually in beginning my plan was just to teach 13 newbies. But recently I received 2-3 e-mail and they want to know more about this course. Honestly this is just basic TA & FA course. Good for newbies. In this course I will share all TA & FA (basic) strategy use to find  good potential stock (Find out the best time for entry & exit) Just Basic, Good for beginner. Course Duration about 6 Months. Starting Mid of May 2012. Study through Online (Website). 50% Theory, 50% Practical. In English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mix). Fees RM30 per Month! Its super duper cheap Fees, because my 1st plan was to teach 13 peoples only (13X30=390), Just my cost for books, electrician, time and etc. Honestly I am not good teacher! I don't have any experiences in teaching and I still student in UKM. So I just can try to teach what i know, I will try my best. My teaching style will be simple & short and easy to understand. Not long summary one. That's All.

FBMKLCI :1st Week April

Good Morning! I hope everyone are fine and make huge of money in Bull Market from Friday-Tuesday. But Now Turn to Bear Market again! When it will over? Difficult to answer this question but based on my theory, I think just 2 Possibilities:
1.After all European Crisis Over (Greece Settle, Now Spain, After This Portugal, Italy, Ireland) and Don't Forget Also About economy Slowdown in China.
2. If all of above can't settle, it will end with Market Collapse (Crash)!

So better play safe and don't invest all your fund to stock market. TA or FA all not work in Bear Market. All useless. Just Luck only work. I Calculate possibilities to win in bear market is 30% for me. Everyday I pick 10 best stock which i think will rise, but only 3-4 will up, and other just sideways or drop. So better don't try in bearish market. Just Relax. Don't Against the market, later u will get burn. Market is not place for hope, You buy stock then hope for it to rise No! More you hope, more it drop! So learn to cut loss. Small losses is better than big losses. Yes Don't Hold any penny stock which you buy at high price! Let said you buy TMS at 0.30 then you hold with hope someday it will go back to 0.30 again. That is bad idea u will loss more than 75%, Even you wait 5years also you can't get back your money. Unless you buy good stock like armada, then can hold if it's drop because in long term good stock will uptrend always. So for penny player please, More you hope more you loss, If you buy at super high price please learn to cut loss, holding these kind of stocks is very bad idea for me. Unless You buy at very cheap price and hold for long term, That's OK!

Think again, if you buy TMS (Example) 100lots at 0.30 (RM3000) , then it start dropping, then if you cut loss at 0.25 (RM2500, Loss RM500), and buy back at 0.08 again (RM2500/0.08=320 Lots), So its means cut losses is better than hold, because if you hold you will get 100Lots (Value RM800 at 0.08 Current Price), If you cut loss and buy back you have 320 Lots (Market Value RM2500). So Learn to accept mistake. Every trader or investor will make mistake. But learn lesson from mistake!

Since I go to SGX, I receive alot emails from newbies, They tell me, They still can't perform (Beat) the stock market. Maybe they enter in wrong time because market still uncertain, so I think it's very tough challenge for them in bearish market. Yes in Bull market everyone can earn. Buy any stock must profit in Bull market. So for them (15 Newbies), I think i want to teach them all my strategy (TA + FA) and how I buy a stock, and everything. So I hope Someday they can perform well. I will teach them through online at very low fees rate (Fees For Books I have to add, Electric and time all involve cost). So hope someday all my friends can perform well.

Actually main reasons, i writing this is just want to post about KLCI chart. Hihi. But I miss KLCI too. About Market I think, Still uncertain. Hish. From the start i writing this blog until now, market never change, down 1 week, up 2 days. Boring. Now KLCI at all time high level, but I am sure it will go back to 1590 level today, and if tomorrow European & US Market still drop, it go back to 1585 level again. Let looks the chart

From the chart, stochastic, RSI at very high % level and looks like it's dropping now, and big possibilities KLSE will drop today and slow this week if US and European Market still dropping in next day! MACD also look bearish, and for momentum green line also dropping. So play safe.

Goodluck To All,

Thanks.
